Regular Hours

Rates
My standard rate is $135 per 50-minute session for individuals and $150 per 50-minute session for couples and families.

I also offer special packages and pricing options to make therapy affordable to virtually everyone.

Sliding scale fees are available for those in financial need.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

I accept the following insurance plans:

• Aetna
• Blue Shield (most PPO plans)
• ComPsych
• Coventry Health Care National Network
• First Health Network
• HealthNet
• MHN
• NEAS West
• TriWest/TriCare

If you have insurance not listed above, but have out-of-network benefits, I will be happy to provide you with a "superbill" which you can submit to your insurance carrier for direct reimbursement to you.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards and debit cards, via PayPal, are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
